PplDev has developed onsite and online employee orientation courses to help get your people up and working, reducing the time necessary to transition them into their new job. • “Empower” and “Retain” are the second and third phases in our Model, which involve several elements essential for productive employees: SMART goals, development plans, feedback, recognition, etc. We can help you incorporate these elements into a cohesive development program.
